Hey, everybody! Welcome to What?!, to start it out I'll use the seems and ask a BIG question. In the Split Second, there's a frozen moment that is in the present and you can't get out of it. Well then, it isn't a frozen moment is it? A frozen moment is a short amount of time that is frozen (FYI, it's a memory). You can reply with your own idea of what it is.
