Tool Catalog (actual catalog)

Since we don't seem to be able to find this mysterious "Tool Catalog" I figured that we should start our own list. Just post any Tool that you find with information, and fill in any other information that someone might have forgotten or missed. This would be a great way to finally get a list of the many Tools we currently know about.
